One of my favourite dishes is the pulled pork. I have a tendancy to leave it as it is when pulled and not add any sauces to the pork. This is usually moist enough that no sauces are needed.
Beef Brisket comes from one of the toughest cuts. Using the low and slow cooking method turns a tough piece of meat into a very moist and tender treat.
Many people debate as to which ribs are the best. I personally prefer the side ribs as to the back ribs. To me the side ribs tend to have more flavour.
Well what can I say about Smoked Corn Chowder except that most times it will fill you up and thus leaving less room for the pulled pork sandwich.
NO BBQ is complete unless there is a good helping of beans. These beans come complete with extra large pieces of diced bacon and onions.
Corn bread is a great side as it has that great corn flavour and is not as filling as regular bread
